Sessions are generally scheduled for a hour with time to discuss expectations and experiences. Some people notice immediate changes, while others observe subtle shifts over days or weeks as the nervous system integrates. Each person’s experience is unique, and the work, guided by the body’s priorities in that moment, meets you where you are at.

Treatments are done fully clothed, laying on your back or side on a treatment table. Infants and children are often treated best together with their caregiver - literally while feeding or reading a story, or laying together on the table. Working with children becomes very fluid as we follow their lead.

RATES / PAYMENT

$100/session - I accept e-transfer, cash, credit, debit and sb

CANCELLATION POLICY

No shows and cancellations within 24h of appointment will be charged 100% of the session fee. Exceptions for illness and inclement weather.
